Return & Refund Policy.

• Returns accepted on unopened items & undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.

• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

• We do not offer exchanges.

• As long as your items are not on pre-order, most orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days of the order being placed online. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a significant volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days - we will notify you via email.

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

• We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country.
